⚠️ Gaza’s Health Crisis
As of January 3, 2025, only 16 out of 36 hospitals in Gaza remain partially operational, while the remaining 20 are completely closed. This limited capacity falls far short of addressing the overwhelming health crisis gripping the region.
There is also a severe shortage of medical supplies and consumables, preventing the delivery of essential healthcare across Gaza. The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) has warned that at least 60 essential medications are expected to run out by the end of the year.
